Dear 301,

Our last post for the school year!  Thank you for an amazing year of learning and excitement.  Wow I can't believe how 10 months of learning have flown by.  As a class community we have collaborated, created and communicated effectively to become active and engaged learners.  You have motivated each other to do an amazing things and inspired me to bring in new initiatives into the class and grow as an educator.  As a class community we have grown together to support not only each other but those beyond the wall of McMurrich.   Good luck in Grade 6 and Grade 7 and remember to accept new challenges with positivity and excitement.   Remember reach for the moon even if you miss you will land amongst the stars.  As Nelson Mandela once said "Education is the most powerful weapon we have to change the world."  Be the leaders you were meant to be.

Last piece of homework for the summer:
1.  Lots of rest
2.  Eat lots of great food
3.  Sleep In
4.  Play and enjoy the outdoors (be summer safe)
5.  Read a new book
6.  Build or create new things from items in your immediate environment
7.  Visit with friends and family
8.  Take time to imagine and create new ideas
9.  Go swimming, ride a bike, take a walk, go running, play basketball, baseball, soccer tennis.... stay active
10. Watch a great movie, tv show or play a great game

Be safe and remember you are amazing individuals and let your voices be heard.

Thank you to the parents in Room 301 for your support and commitment to room 301.

Lv. Ms Rambaran

P.S. Thank you to everyone for your generous gifts and warm wishes.  I will miss you all and have a great summer.
